Post Traumatic Training Institute (PTTI) Provides Training for Licensed Mental Health Practitioners in an Promising New Intervention for PTSD
Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM) Protocol™ is an advanced PTSD & trauma protocol. The RTM Protocol™ is designed to meet the needs of those dealing with symptoms of PTS.
Developed by the Research and Recognition Project, the protocol has been rigorously tested under strict scientific standards.
RTM (Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories™)
- RTM™ is a stress-free method of treatment
- Uses a short visualization process to retrieve and alter the memory
- Takes half the time of current therapies, often in fewer than two or three sessions, opening the door to other therapies
With immediate RTM™ intervention, PTS can be relieved. Patients and their families are spared related issues that often develop, including alcohol and drug abuse, family and career disintegration, and even suicide.
The RTM™ Training includes everything a clinician will need to successfully deliver the protocol
The Training will…
- Explain RTM and the basic neuroscience behind the success of it
- Demonstrate the RTM Protocol™
- Provide a thorough explanation of the RTM™ Script and how to use RTM™
- Direct skill-training practice sessions throughout to enable clinicians to learn the protocol
- Equip clinicians to use the RTM Protocol™ after initial training.
For certification, each clinician will be supervised by a trainer and complete 2 successful cases of RTM™, including 3 sessions with pre and post assessments. This should be completed within 3 months of the training.

- Licensed Mental Health Professionals, Mental Health Professionals working under the supervision of an LMHP.
