Mark Ackerman

Mark Ackerman

CEO

Mark Ackermann’s career includes 40 years of administrative experience. He has held executive-level positions with the St. Vincent’s Catholic Medical Centers in New York City, the Archdiocese of New York where he ran Pope Benedict’s Papal Visit to New York, the CEO of Lighthouse International, and the CEO of the Catholic Community Foundation of Long Island. He is also the Founder and Principal of Mark Ackermann Associates, a management consulting firm. Mr. Ackermann currently serves as Chairman of the US Association of Blind Athletes, a member organization of the Team USA Paralympic Organization. He serves as a board member of both the Reader’s Digest Partners for Sight Foundation and the Foundation for Justice and Peace in the Vatican, and as a Special Advisor to the Path to Peace Foundation at the Vatican’s Mission to the United Nations. He also served as an Adjunct Professor at Long Island University, New School University, and New York University. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the Catholic University of America and a Master’s Degree in Not-for-Profit Management from New York University. He and his wife, June, live in Freehold, NJ, where they enjoy keeping up with their six children, their spouses, and nine grandchildren.

Diane Tremaine serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the Post-Traumatic Training Institute (PTTI), LLC. The Board of Directors of PTTI also named Ms. Tremaine the Assistant Secretary and Assistant Treasurer of the Corporation. She is also an officer of The Research and Recognition Project, Inc.

Ms. Tremaine earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Shippensburg College in Shippensburg, PA. She had a distinguished career at Armstrong World Industries, PA for 25 years, where she worked in various roles including Project Engineer, Supervising Accountant, Auditor, and Compensation Director. Later working in the Human Resources Departments at several major corporations including Corning Inc., Advion BioSciences, and XGEN Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in NY.

Ms. Tremaine lives in Beaver Dams, NY, with her husband, a wood and ceramic artist, Dave Tremaine. They love to spend time with their three children and four grandchildren.

Shelle Rose Charvet

Shelle is a keynote speaker, trainer, consultant and coach, known world-wide for her first book, Words That Change Minds, available in 20 languages. Her book was chosen by Forbes as a best management book for executives and entrepreneurs and a best persuasion book by Goodreads. She is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) awarded by the Global Speakers Federation, and was 2009 President of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers.

Shelle has certified over 700 Trainers in 35 countries and has personally trained thousands around the world in her influencing and persuading methodologies, using the LAB Profile® , Neuro-linguistic Program and other advanced psychologies.

She has created a number of advanced techniques used to: enhance rapport, trust, credibility, and influence that enable people to prevent conflicts, coach leaders, avoid stalemates in sales and negotiations and help everyone get what they need.

Organizations around the world call on her expertise in below-conscious communication processes; what drives people to do (or not do) things, outside of their awareness. She is founder of the Institute for Influence and co-founder of Sales Trainer Platform, both digital learning companies. She is also co-founder of Weongozi, a software development company which has created Libretta® for Outlook, which enables people to find out the appropriate language to use in email. Libretta® has two US Patents.

Shelle and her ideas have been seen on CNBC, CBC, CTV, Global, among others. She has helped the public understand the persuasion strategies of politicians and political parties during election campaigns.

Thomas A. D’Auria

Thomas A. D’Auria

Tom has over 50 years IT experience in the public, not-for-profit, and university sectors having worked and taught at Carnegie-Mellon and Columbia Universities and senior management positions with NYC’s IT Agency.

As CEO of a Valhalla-based business he founded in 1980, Tom has shaped IMI into a Systems Integration business that specializes in Information Technology for construction management and public safety systems to NYC City agencies, the LAPD, the State of Tennessee, the British Transport Police and Raleigh, NC. IMI also serves the not-for-profit and private sectors with clients such as Alphapointe, Cummins, Cushman Wakefield and the Holy See (Vatican). IMI developed the technology infrastructure and provided construction implementation for the New York’s PSAC (Public Safety Answering Center) 1 in Brooklyn and PSAC 2 in The Bronx, major NYC data centers and supporting offices for the Board of Education, Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications, FDNY, NYPD Backup Call Center at 1 Police Plaza, Office of Management and Budget, Human Resource Administration, the Office of the Actuary, Stuyvesant High School, and the Law Department.

After the 9/11/01 terrorist attacks, Mr. D’Auria and the IMI team worked closely with the NYC Office of Emergency Management coordinating all responding public safety organizations. He provided security coordination for the Archdiocese of NY during the Papal visit in 2015.

Tom was appointed a NYS Peace Officer (1988) in Mt. Pleasant.

He serves(d) on the boards of the Morningside Houses in Harlem (Treasurer), is Fellow of the Association of Computing Machinery. the Mt. Vernon, NY Police Foundation, the Hudson River Museum (Chairman), the NY Law Enforcement Foundation (Director and President), the BraveKids Foundation, and the Daytop Village Foundation.

Tom was a Little League Coach in New Castle, NY and is a Lector and Extraordinary Minister of the Eucharist at the Church of Saints John and Mary in Chappaqua and St. Patrick’s Cathedral in NYC.

Tom was knighted in 2012 into the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem. In 2013 after completing a pilgrimage to the Holy Land, he received his Pilgrim Shell, was promoted in 2015 to Knight Commander, In 2016 elected to the Board of Councilors (Eastern Lieutenancy), in 2018 was promoted to Knight Commander with Star and in 2021 was promoted to Knight Grand Cross.

Dr. Larry Dillaha

Dr. Larry Dillaha

Larry Dillaha, M.D. is an experienced executive with over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Melt Pharmaceuticals as Chief Executive Officer in June 2021, he served as the Chief Medical Officer of Harrow Health, where he managed the clinical development of all Harrow drug candidates throughout its portfolio of businesses. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of both Repros Therapeutics and CavtheRx, an inception stage biotechnology company, as well as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Medical Officer for other specialty pharmaceutical companies. Dr. Dillaha has served as the senior leader on numerous FDA-approved 505(b)(2) development programs across a broad range of therapeutic areas, generating more than $1 billion in revenues. Dr. Dillaha earned an M.D. degree from the University of Tennessee, Memphis.
